Shipping Time Frame


YourOTC strives to meet the 3-5 business day shipping timeframe however, we cannot make any guarantee nor accept liability for extended shipping timeframes due to circumstances outside of the company’s control. (e.g. weather conditions, delays due to contingencies with the carrier, etc.) Shipping is via USPS. Purchases made prior to 2pm CST, will ship same day, and after 2pm CST, will ship next day. There will be a tracking number sent to your email. Please track your products, and expect receipt within 3-5days

Returning Items: cares about your complete satisfaction with our products. You may return any item purchased from, as long as it meets the following conditions:


  • You should return the item to us within 30 days of receipt. This is strictly enforced.

  • No item that has been opened or used can be accepted back except when the item was damaged during shipment or is defective.


Items that cannot be returned for a refund:



Certain specialty items and items on clearance are final sale. These items are identified as such on their product information pages. When you receive your order, please check to make sure they are in good condition (i.e. not damaged or defective) and let us know right away if there is a problem with your shipment.

Products such as Sexual Well-Being products cannot be returned unless they have a manufacturing defect. When you receive your order, please check to make sure these items are working. will credit or exchange unused, defective items in their original packaging if they are returned within 30 days. Items returned without original packaging or after 30 days will not be refunded.

Bulk order sales are final. If you believe your returns request should be assessed beyond our listed return policy for bulk orders (i.e. for damages, defects, etc.), please contact customer care for further assistance.

All purchases made during the Covid-19 Pandemic cannot be returned. For the safety of our employees and all customers, all purchases will be packaged using Universal Precautions. Once products ship from our facility, we will not accept returns to avoid probable contamination, hence no returns or refunds will be acceptable at this time. Please call one of our knowledgeable pharmacists if you have any doubt before you make a purchase.

If you choose to return part of an order, you may no longer qualify for all special offers associated with your purchase. For example, if you received a free gift with purchase you may be required to return the gift in order to receive full credit for your return.


Return Shipping and Processing



If you still have it, the box your order arrived in should be sufficient to make sure that your return arrives back at our distribution centre undamaged. Padded envelopes may not an effective way to protect your return shipment, as items may be crushed during transit. Please pack your return shipment securely to ensure that the items are not damaged in transit.


We will provide free return shipping if your return is the result of our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item, etc.).  In other cases, a return postage fee of $4.99 will apply. A 10% re-stocking fee will be applied on all returns over $150.00 that are not the result of our error.


Once we receive your return, we will issue a credit or refund within 30 days and send you an e-mail confirmation. Please bear in mind that it can take several days for the transaction to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.

Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 24 hours after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. 

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
